The scattered fields are expressed in terms of volume integral form, and this equation is converted to the matrix equation. The elements of the matrix equation include an infinite sum of Hankel functions multiplied by trigonometric angular dependencies. By using the Fourier integral representation of Hankel functions, the elements of the matrix equations are expressed by the integral of the elementary functions for the diagonal elements and the infinite sum for the non-diagonal elements. As numerical examples, the power reflection coefficient of the 0-th order is examined. Matrix equation is solved by Generalized Minimum Residual (GMRES) method. Our results are compared with the previous ones and it is shown the good agreement.
