A bubbling technique is favorable to dissolve ozone in water, however, the dissolution efficiency is low. Therefore, we proposed a novel ozone generator which can effectively dissolve ozone through the porous glass film. Ozone was formed in the porous film and dissolved in water without bubbling. In this study, a new type ozone generator with the porous glass film was first constructed. Next, characteristics of the generator were investigated.
