The effects of preparation conditions on the capsule morphology and entrapment efficiency of water-soluble materials in both polymers were investigated. The average diameters of the surface pores and internal hollows were controlled with sub-micron order by changing preparation conditions. Furthermore, the water-soluble materials were entrapped in the biodegradable microcapsule completely by changing preparation conditions.
