This technique is called \"Photorealistic Method\" . \nOn the other hand, there is other techniques that make images like pictures or cartoons. They \nare called \"Non-Photorealistic Method\" . This paper shows one of the way to convert from \nphotographic images to toon images. Output image has such properties as interesting visuals and \neasy recognition. We propose some methods to make images like cell animations. We use original \nvalue at the K-means color quantization. Then, we retouch color quantization images using \noriginal methods for higher quality. And this retouching methods can combine other color \nquantization methods.
