The former are translated into protein, but \nthe latter are not. All the functions of introns are not necessarily clear. However, introns are believed \nto have close relations to the evolution of species, therefore to analyze introns is of great importance. \nTo reveal hidden properties in introns, the concept of energy is extended and the extended energy is \nestimated based on Boltzmann distribution that is equivalent to the conditional probability. To compare \nthe extended energy with that of other species tells the extended energy increases as the elapse time of \nevolutionary branches.
