It has wing and flies close to the grounds along a guide way of an open channel. The aerodynamic characteristics of the wing are strongly affected by the ground. In order to clarify the aerodynamic stability of the aero-train, it is necessary to consider effects of the ground on the flutter speed. Our aim of this thesis is to clarify the flutter speed under effects of ground by using two flutter apparatuses. To achieve thls, we have to remove the effect of boundary layer which develops on the wall of wind tunnel. So we have made a boundary layer suction device and tried remove them all.
