First,\nthe chopper-stabilized amplifier, which is one of the modulators, is adopted. Because the low frequency signal is\nmodulated to high frequency by the chopper-stabilized amplifier, it can be avoid the 1/f noise at low frequency.\nFurthermore, the thermal noise of the amplifier block is considered. Next, the noise performance of circuits using\nP channel MOSFETs is considered. In general, it is well known that the noise performance of the P channel\nMOSFETs is better than that of N channel MOSFETs. In this paper, I design not only N channel based circuits\nbut also P channel based circuits, and compare the noise performance between them. The performance of the\ndesigned circuits are evaluated through HSPICE simulation with ROHM0.35μtm CMOS device parameter.
