It is a waste of \ntime for them to go to seashore, when the waves are too low or high. Development of \nforecasting system has been expected to evade wasting time. Insufficient accurate data and \ncomplicated relations between wave height and factors make us choose fuzzy logic. \nA forecasting system is proposed, inputs of which are wave height and wind velocity of the \nprevious day and wind velocity of the previous night, and the fuzzy rules of which are obtained \nfrom experts' know-how.
