However, \nthe recent children stopped playing in the river. The nature experience of the child has \nimportant role in sentiment education. Therefore, it is necessary to give the opportunity of \nplaying in water in the river to the child. In order to be able to lay the child in the river, it is \nnecessary to set the opportunity for the children, to make to understand the danger in the river, \nto make sense for importance and interest of river and also to make deepen the knowledge \nregarding the river. In this research, a river park was set to the base of activity in order to make \nthe application of the river promote by cooperating the town layout and the river.
