| 内容記述 | Abstract Polarization fractions of the radiation emitted in the transition 1s2p 1P- 1s(2乗) 1S of Cl(右上15+) are studied theoretically. The calculation is made with the use of a distorted-wave method. The method is expected to give good results for any ions over a wide energy range, as any other perturbation approach does. The polarization fractions are obtained in the energy range between 2 and 20 in unit of the threshold energy. The resulting fractions are in good agreement in magnitude and energy dependence with those of S(右上14+) calculated by Robbins et al [Phys. Rev. A 70, 022715 (2004)]. |
