Education","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"学習障害児の親に対して,両親の合同面接による援助を行った。援助期間は,子どもが小学6年生から中学1年生までの2年間であった。\n本研究では,合同面接による親の変化と治療者の役割,合同面接の意義について検討した。\n親の変化過程は, 1)治療者を介しての話合い, 2)母親の変化への抵抗, 3)対決から相互理解へ,4)中学入学による母子の混乱, 5)転校問題と母親の状態の悪化, 6)家\n族の安定の回復,の6期に分けて検討した。治療者の役割もこれまでの親面接とは異なる点もみられ,その主な内容としては両親の話し合うことのできる場を作ったこと,治療構造の維持と治療の展開をはかるために個別面接を導入したこと,家族の危機では父親を積極的に支持して家族の安定を回復したことなどである。合同面接の意義としては,子どもの生活枠づくりないしは生活の構造化に効果的であること,両親の心理的側面や家族力動の理解をしやすいことなどがあげられる。また,合同面接の留意点としては,面接レベルの問題,治療者と両親の心理的距離の問題などがある。\n\\nWe attempted to assist parents of children with learning disabilities by counseling\nboth parenrts together. Counseling was given for a 2 -year period when the child\nwas between the 6 th grade of elementary school and the first year of junior high\nschool.\nChanges in the parents as a result of counseling, the role of the therapist, and\nthe significance of joint sessions were examined in this study. The changes in\nparents were studied according to 6 stages: 1) communication via the therapist,\n2) resistance to change in the mother, 3) mutual understanding through conflict,\n4) anxiety in the mother and child around the child's entering junior high school, 5)\nproblems concerning changing schools and the mother's anxiety, and 6) restoration\nof family stability. The role of the therapist differed from that in conventional\nparental counseling. The counseling included preparing a place where parent could communicate, using individual counseling to maintain the therapeutic structure and enable treatment to progress, and restoring family stability by actively supporting the father's role in family crisis. Joint counseling is important because it effectively sets limits on the child and enable to understand the psychological make-up of parents and family dynamics.
