 note = {The purpose of this study was to examine the domains of Enviroment, Language, and Representation of The Child-care Guideline for Kindergarten revised in 1998 and 1989. The result of the analysis showed some important problems. One of the important was that two descriptions putting a brake for biased coaching were deleted. Even more important was introduce of letter training. It may cause severe competition of early education and confusion in kindergarten.},
