理論に基づく遠隔教員研修モデルの開発および評価を行うことを目的とした.本研究では,マイクロラーニングと遠隔教育システムを活用することにより,教員がGIGA スクール構想後の新しい知識・スキルについて,ニーズに応じた学びの展開を可能とし,教材や教育方法を共有できる機会を保障するとともに,遠隔地にあっても効率的に学ぶことができるようにした.開発したモデルを運用した結果,ICT
