 note = {The purpose of this study was to examine the domains of Health and Human Relations of The Child-care Guideline for Kindergarten revised in 1998 and 1989. As the result of comparison, following features and problems of 1998 version came to light: (1) Concrete guideline for the upbringing of "Living power" were showed. (2) Some educational viewpoints continued and emphasized. (3) Some uncertain terms and undesirable educational policy were shown. (4) The educational contents of kingergarten tend to become more advanced related to the selection of the elementary school contents.},
