psychopharmacology","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"宮崎入学医学部附属病院精神科でrisperidone錠からrisperidone口腔内崩壊錠（risperidoneOD錠）に切り替えた患者38症例に,｢のみ心地｣などに関する無記名式アンケート調査を行い,服薬アドヒアランスおよび患者のQOLについて検討した｡対象はrisperidone錠を内服している患者群とし,疾患,年齢,性別,受療形態（入院･外来）は問わず,risperidoneOD錠に切り替えて4-8週後に各主治医が患者にアンケート調査を実施した｡患者38症例のうち統合失調症が7割を占め,risperidone単剤服用患者が約6割であった｡アンケートの結果,特に｢のみ心地｣｢利便性｣｢忙しい時でも服用できる｣｢携帯性｣｢服薬の手間｣｢服薬継続｣の質問に対して,risperidone
