Extremely high abilities to accumulate gold from the solution containing hydrogen tetrachloroaurate(III) were found in bacterial strains, such as Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas maltophilia. Most of actinomycetes, fungi and yeasts have less ability to accumulate gold in comparison with bacteria. Some of microorganisms can accumulate similar amounts of gold from the solution containing\nsodium gold(I) thiomalate as those from gold(III) solution. However, most of\nmicroorganisms tested accumulate far lesser amounts of gold from the solution containing sodium dicyanoaurate(I) than from the other two gold solutions. The\naccumulation of gold from the solution containing hydrogen tetrachloroaurate(III) by Pseudomonas maltophilia was very rapid, was affected by the pH of the solution, and\nobeyed the Langmuir adsorption isotherm. The Pseudomonas maltophilia cells immobilized with polyacrylamide gel adsorbed gold effectively from the solution\ncontaining hydrogen tetrachloroaurate(III). The gold adsorbed on the cells was easily\ndesorbed with 0.1 M thiourea solution. The immobilized Pseudomonas cells could be\nused repeatedly in the adsorption-desorption cycle using 0.1 M thiourea solution as desorbent.","subitem_description_language":"en","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_description_6":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"The original publication is available at www.springerlink.com","subitem_description_language":"en","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"Springer","subitem_publisher_language":"en"}]},"item_10001_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA10811107","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10001_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"09593993","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_10001_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_ab4af688f83e57aa","subitem_version_type":"AM"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Nakajima, Akira","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"7727","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2020-06-21"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"WorldJMicrobiolBiotechnol-19-369-2003.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"128.2 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"WorldJMicrobiolBiotechnol-19-369-2003.pdf","url":"https://miyazaki-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/1411/files/WorldJMicrobiolBiotechnol-19-369-2003.pdf"},"version_id":"c1dbc895-3dd9-49f0-951c-2a2322060d10"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"gold accumulation, gold desorption, immobilization, gold speciation, Pseudomonas maltophilia","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Accumulation of gold by microorganisms","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Accumulation of gold by microorganisms","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"10001","owner":"5","path":["72","30"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"PubDate","attribute_value":"2007-12-05"},"publish_date":"2007-12-05","publish_status":"0","recid":"1411","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Accumulation of gold by microorganisms"],"weko_creator_id":"5","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2024-05-27T04:08:56.923248+00:00"}
