The contents of the metabolites of monoamines and glutamate were decreased by 4 weeks-oral administration of TJ-23. Superoxide dismutase activity of mitochondrial fraction was increased by the administration. It also diminished TBARS formation. These data suggest that TJ-23 has an antioxidant effect and would have a prophylactic effect against aging and other neurological diseases associated with free radical.\n当帰芍薬散(TJ-23)は、シャクヤク、ソウジュツ、タクシャ、ブクリョウ、センキュウ、トウキといった6種類の生薬の抽出液から構成され、すでに臨床上その有用性が広く認められている漢方薬である。さらに近年TJ-23は、抗痴呆候補薬としての位置づけが示唆されており、その機序の一つとして中枢性コリン作動性神経の賦活作用が報じられている〔1,2,14]。また一方で生体内でのフリーラジカルと抗酸化系との不均衡も、老化における神経細胞障害の大きな原因の一つと考えられ[3,4,9,ll,12]、すでに小柴胡湯合桂枝加芍薬湯(TJ-960)などある種の敵方薬にはラジカル消去作用が存在することが報告されていること〔5,6,7,8]から、生体内でのフリーラジカルと抗酸化系との不均衡を是正し、神経細胞障害への予防効果が期待されている。既に我々はTJ-23のフリーラジカル消去作用と過酸化脂質抑制作用を報告し[15]、抗痴呆候補薬として注目されるTJ-23の生理活性を新たに指摘している。今回我々は24カ月齢の老齢ラットに4週間TJ-23投与を行ない、脳内神経伝達物質と脳内脂質過酸化物並びにスーパーオキサイドジスムターゼ(SOD)活性をコントロール群と比較検討したので報告する。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"日本脳科学会","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10001_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN10033568","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10001_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"03887448","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_10001_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"植田,
