 note = {This paper intends to make clear the aspect for analyzing the `lifelong learning leader bank' system at municipalities. First,I classificated the lifelong learning leader. Secondly,I analyzed the background of the needs for the system .Thirdly. I structurized the system.Then,I made clear the aspect for analyzing the system along the inner factors of the structure.This study will contribute to research on the actual condition of the system., 近年、市町村において 「生涯学習人材バンク」 などの生涯学習指導者登録・活用システムが普及しつつある。 本稿は、 このようなシステムの活性化と一層の普及を図るための研究の視点を明確にすることを目的としている。 そのため、 生涯学習指導者の種類を3つの分野に整理した上で、 生涯学習指導者の登録・活用システムにおいて主な対象となるのは、「知識・技術の習得、態度変容などを促進する専門的指導者等」 であるとした。 次いで、 生涯学習指導者の登録・活用システムの整備が求められる社会的背景を分析し、 3つの要因に整理した。 さらに、システムの研究のために、システムの全体構造を明らかにし、 その構成要因の相互関係を明確にした上で、 構成要因毎に分析の視点を整理した。 今後は、研究の視点をさらに整理し、それに基づいた実態分析を行う必要があろう。},
