| 内容記述 | This paper aims at analysing the evelopment of the state policy from "the cooperation of school and the community" to "the fusion of school and the community". Firstly, I examined the concept of "the fusion of school and the community". As a result, it was become clear that the concept is the method to overcome the limits of "the cooperation of school and the community". Secondly, I analysed the history of the state policy from "the cooperation of school and the community" to "the fusion of school and the community" As a result, it was become clear that "the fusion of school and the community"is required in the practice to restructure the educational system towards next century. Besides, I analysed the discliptionon the educational significanse of "the fusion of school and the community" |

| 内容記述 | 本稿は,｢学社連携｣から｢学杜融合｣への施策の発展について,主として国の施策の史的分析により後づけようとするものである｡ まず,学社融合の概念を整理し,学社融合が学社連携の限界を超える方法であることなどを明確にした｡ 次いで,戦後における国の施策の歴史を,｢学社連携｣の時期から｢学社融合｣の時期に大きく区分しながら分析した｡この中で,学杜融合が,21世紀に向けての教育改革の取り組みの中で求められるようになったことなどを明確にした｡ また,｢新しい学力観｣などの教育の理念との関係についての記述を分析し,学社融合論の教育的意義を明確にするという課題にどのように接近しようとしているのかを整理した｡ |
