Also, a laser induced streamer phenomena was observed by an image converter camera device （ICCD）. The electrons generated by the laser arrived at the rod electrode initiating the streamer corona, which diffuses from the rod electrode. The electric field measured by the laser streamer method was 150 kV/m at 7.4 mm from the top of the high-voltage rod electrode.
