ニトウタイ コウシ ニ ミトメラレタ ケツゴウ シン ノ イチレイ 二頭体子牛に認められた結合心の1例 Conjoined Heart in a Two-headed Conjoined Twin Calf 村上, 隆之 1255 ムラカミ, タカユキ Murakami, Takayuki 内田, 和幸 939 ウチダ, カズユキ Uchida, Kazuyuki 川越, 久徳 3409 カワゴエ, ヒサノリ Kawagoe, Hisanori 3412 結合心, 二頭体子牛 conjoined heart, two-headed calf 黒毛和種牛,死産胎子,雌,二頭体の1例に認められた結合心を観察した.この心臓は3心房,3心室および3大血管で形成されていた.右側位の形態学的右心房は左右の前大静脈および1本の後大静脈と結合していた.中央の形態学的右心房は結合静脈を欠き,左側位の形態学的左心房は肺静脈と結合していた.各心房は房室口を介して結合一致の心室と結合していた.右側位の形態学的右心室から右肺動脈と右側頭へ向かう両頸動脈の共通幹が起始していた.左側前位の形態学的右心室から肺動脈幹が,左側後位の形態学的左心室から大動脈が,それぞれ起始していた. A conjoined heart observed in a two-headed stillborn female Japanese Black calf consisted of three atria, three ventricles, and three great vessels. The right-side morphological right atrium connected with right and left cerebral veins and one posterior cerebral vein. The median morphological right atrium was attached to no vein; the left-positioned anatomical left atrium connected with the pulmonary veins. Each atrium connected with its corresponding ventricle through an atrioventricular ostium. The right-side morphological right ventricle gave rise to a common arterial trunk of the bicarotid trunk of the right pulmonary artery and the right side of the head.
