Needed to do this discussion, for the human model used for verification, we investigated the frequency characteristics of the gelatin selected as the medium of the model. As a result in 100 kHz from frequency 1 kHz, it was shown that gelatin can disregard a dielectric constant and can treat it as a resistor. Based on the results, for the four frequencies of 100 kHz from 10 kHz frequency, the induced electric field calculation intended for one-dimensional human model, and to perform the induction electric field measurement, it was confirmed that the match on the difference of a few percent results are .
