          <datacite:description xml:lang="en" descriptionType="Abstract">Abstract 
As one of the solutions to the environment problem in an internal combustion engine, it is raising 
combustion efficiency to grasp gas flow in a cylinder in detail and control. However, it is not easy to 
solve gas flow in a cylinder correctly. Then, in order to examine the possibility of the application of 
color layer visualization method to the actual engine, tracer for air flow was examined. As a result, 
by forming an aluminum vacuum evaporation film at the surface of spherical tracer for air flow, it 
can be analyzed at comparatively quick flow velocity. The possibility of air flow measurement was 
shown at the actual engine by color layer visualization method.</datacite:description>
