子牛に認められた部分肺静脈結合異常の1例 Partial Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Connection in a Calf コウシ ニ ミトメラレタ ブブン ハイジョウミャク ケツゴウ イジョウ ノ イチレイ 村上, 隆之 ムラカミ, タカユキ Murakami, Takayuki 津田, 茂浩 ツダ, シゲヒロ Tsuda, Shigehiro 津田 ツダ Tsuda 茂浩 シゲヒロ Shigehiro Tsuda, Shigehiro 肺静脈結合異常, 子牛 anomalous pulmonary connection, calf ホルスタイン種と黒毛和種の交雑種,雌,98日齢の子牛で部分肺静脈結合異常が認められた.左肺後葉の肺静脈は肺門部で1本の共通幹に合流し,左垂直静脈を介して左奇静脈に結合していた.その左奇静脈は冠状静脈洞を介して右心房に流入していた.いっぽう,左肺前葉の肺静脈と右肺の肺静脈は異常なく左心房に結合していた.右心房と右心室は著しく拡張し,肺動脈幹は軽度の拡張を示していた.心房中隔には大きく開存した卵円孔が認められ,心房中隔欠損は存在しなかった. A partial anomalous pulmonary venous connection was observed in a 98-day-old female Holstein-Japanese Black crossbred calf. The caudal-lobe pulmonary veins of the left lung united to form a common venous trunk at the lung hilus. The common trunk was anomalously connected to the left azygos vein by way of the coronary sinus. The cranial-lobe pulmonary vein and right pulmonary veins were connected to the left atrium in the usual manner. Pronounced dilations were noted in the right atrium and ventricle and mild dilation in the pulmonary trunk.
